Building Inspections
Building Inspections Critical Stages

ETAL Building inspections at any stage of the lifecycle of your project reap benefits in protecting your asset. Stage completions, Practical Completion, Defects Reports, and Builder Warranty Inspections, all serve to protect the owner from costly and inconvenient building work after the builder is gone.

ETAL provide Inspection Reports that give the power back to the owner. Our reports are detailed and provide photographic evidence of any noncompliance, departures from the contracted design and defective built works. We can also provide solutions to complex problems as they arise.  

Strata Support
Strata Professional Support Services

Strata Management can leverage from professional property inspections and detailed reports to help protect their assets and asset owners.

Defect Inspection Reports at handover and a 10 Year Warranty Plan can assist in understanding what work by the builder and owners needs to occur to maintain warranties and save costs on remedial work.

Building Warranty Inspection Reports, prior to 6 Year Building Warranty expiry, are critical to ensuring the builder wears the cost of fixing poorly executed work.  

Condition Reports across the entire property or on specific areas can assist in updating the 10 Year Maintenance Plan or provide details of work needed to fix urgent issues such as leaks, waterproofing, and equipment replacement. 

ETAL manage the process in rectification of defects and remedial work. We complete scope, checklists, tendering and contract administration.
